Submissions must be in to marketing by May 15, 2013. All members may submit up to two photos disc, or email to infowcul@westoba.com. Please see below for full contest rules.
CONTEST RULES
- By entering, you agree to abide by all contest rules and HAVE FUN!
- The Contest is open to all Westoba Credit Union Members including employees and directors and their affiliates.
- Photographs must be taken in the area of a Westoba Branch Community.
- Photographs must be horizontal in format.
- Each member may enter up to two photos in the contest. Photos must be submitted as:
- 35 mm negative or transparency, accompanied by a print, OR
- a digital image submitted by email or disc, no smaller than 2000 x 1500 pixels at 300 dpi
- There will be 13 prizes awarded. Each winner will receive a mounted copy of their winning photo along with 5 complimentary copies of the calendar.
- Entries will be judged by a committee of Westoba Credit Union Marketing and Branch Staff on image, composition and quality, as well as how it depicts the history of our Branch Community and area. The Committee’s decision will be final. All photos submitted, either by negative, transparency, print or digital image will become the property of Westoba Credit Union, for their use and at their discretion in publication or promotion as it relates to Credit Union business, including promotion of the calendar contest and/or Westoba Credit Union’s web site.
- Photos will be returned only if accompanied by a self-addressed envelope of adequate size with sufficient postage affixed.
- Entries must be submitted no later than May 14, 2012. Drop off photos at any Westoba Credit Union Branch ,email to the address below, or send to:
