What's the Deal?

SIMPLE. Come and see us for a STUDENTCHOICE™ package that includes all your loan and banking needs. All you have to do until you complete your education or cease full-time enrollment is make the monthly interest payment.

Who can Qualify?

The STUDENTCHOICE™ package is available for anyone under 26 years of age (at time of application) enrolling in a recognized College, University, or Technical School, and is taking a minimum of 60% full-time course load.

What's Included?

EVERYTHING. You can select any or all of the products that suit you best, like an interest-bearing account, overdraft protection*, a MEMBER CARD™ debit card, a student credit card, and your loan.

• An account including financial services for a monthly fee.
• Use of any ACCULINK® or INTERAC® ATM machines in Canada or CIRRUS® machines around the world.
• Use of INTERAC® Direct Payment with your MEMBER CARD® debit card.
• Telephone banking to pay bills, make inquiries, transfer funds.
• Internet home banking.
• Student credit card*.

How much can I borrow?

The STUDENTCHOICE™ package has a maximum loan amount of $7,500/year to a maximum of $30,000*. We'll work with you to determine just how much you need to get you through school. Then we'll help you design a plan that will ensure that your money will last you the entire school year. That means you'll eat just as well during the last month of school as you will in the first.

Need a computer?

We'll loan you up to $3,500 for the purchase of a new computer. Reasonable monthly repayment will start one month after purchase.

What are the Repayment Terms?

Once you complete your education or cease full-time enrollment, you have a 6 month grace period where you still only have to pay the interest on the amount borrowed. After the grace period ends, your loan payment can be amortized over a maximum of 5 years with no pre-payment penalties.
