Before you shop for your home we will sit down with you and help you determine the price range you should shop in for your home. We'll talk to you about rates and term options, once you choose the mortgage that is right for you we will pre-approve it. That means you now can shop for your home knowing you have the means to make the best deal possible for you. To ensure you aren't rushed Westoba offers a 60 day rate guarantee. If rates go up don't worry your rate is locked in, and if rates go down we'll give you the lower rate. Any way you look at it, it's a benefit to you!

Flexible Terms
New purchases, transfers from other financial institutions and mortgage renewals all qualify. You choose a fixed interest term from 1,2,3,4 or 5 years and an amortization term of up to 25 years.
