Access your account information by phone any time with TeleService.

With your touch tone phone and your assigned personal access code, TeleService provides the following:
  • Easy account access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Access to balance of accounts
  • Access to statement information
  • Transfer funds from one account to another
  • Bill Payments
  • Access to service charge information
  • Information about Westoba Credit Union's 22 locations
  • To speak with a TeleService Representative, dial "9" at any time.

You can now access and transact on all accounts you are attached to with just one login number!

Will I receive payment confirmation when paying bills with TeleService?
Following each payment, TeleService will confirm in a clear voice the amount and bill you instructed to pay. You can then make changes or corrections if necessary. Pay as many or as few bills as you wish. A confirmation number will be provided.

Also, your Credit Union member statement will itemize in detail all bill payments made during the month.
